Final Sale Policy (With Limited 1-Day Return for Standard Products Only)
All sales of goods and services by Altrasonix are considered final upon successful delivery or completion of service.
1-Day Return for Standard Products Only (Limited Exception)
A 1-day return window is provided only for standard, non-customized products and only under the following strict conditions:
- The return request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Only standard, ready-made catalogue products qualify.
- Customized, built-to-order, modified, or application-specific products are strictly non-returnable.
- Return approval is subject to Altrasonix’s inspection and confirmation that the product is in perfect resalable condition.
If approved, the buyer may opt for replacement with the same product or credit note (no monetary refund).
No Return (Except the 1-Day Standard Product Exception)
Goods once delivered, inspected, accepted, or acknowledged through a signed delivery document cannot be returned for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect ordering
- Unsuitability for intended application (unless due to proven manufacturing defect under warranty)
No Replacement (Except Under Warranty)
No replacement will be provided unless the product qualifies for replacement under a valid Warranty Claim (see Section 3).
2. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of industrial machinery, precision components, and specialized engineering services, Altrasonix follows a strict No Refund Policy.
- All payments are final and non-refundable, including advances, partial payments, and full payments.
- Order Cancellation: Orders—especially custom or high-value engineered items—cannot be cancelled once placed. No refund will be issued for any amount paid prior to the cancellation request.
3. Warranty and Defect Claim (Limited Exception to No Return Policy)
The Final Sale policy applies fully, except in cases covered under standard warranty.
Warranty Coverage
All Altrasonix products are protected by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, as detailed in the sales agreement or invoice.
Defective Goods Procedure
If a defect is identified within the warranty period:
- The buyer must initiate a formal Warranty Claim as per the contract.
- Altrasonix will inspect and assess the claim.
Approved Remedy
If valid, Altrasonix may, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the defective product or
- Replace the defective part/product
This remedy does not constitute a return for refund and does not apply to non-defective goods.
Warranty Void Conditions
Warranty becomes void if the equipment is:
- Operated with improper electrical setup
- Modified without authorization
- Misused, mishandled, overloaded, or not maintained as per the product manual
4. Customer Responsibility Upon Delivery
The buyer must take the following actions upon delivery:
Immediate Inspection
Buyers must inspect goods immediately for visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies before signing any Proof of Delivery (POD) or Goods Receipt Note.
Reporting Deadlines
Any external damage or missing items must be:
- Noted on the transporter’s delivery document
- Reported to Altrasonix within 24 hours
Failure to report within this period will deem the shipment fully accepted.
Acceptance of Goods
Once the delivery documents are signed without remarks:
- The goods are considered accepted in full
- The No Return / No Replacement policy becomes effective
5. Agreement to Policy
By placing an order with Altrasonix (Glamourra Bharat Private Limited), the buyer acknowledges and agrees to comply with all terms of this No Return, No Refund & Limited 1-Day Return Policy.
