These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern the purchase of products from AltrAsonix (the “Brand”), a brand owned and operated by Glamourra Bharat Private Limited (the “Company”).

By placing an order on this website or through any other sales channel of AltrAsonix, you (“Customer” or “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

B. Products and Pricing

• Product Information: The Brand makes every effort to display product colors, features, and specifications accurately. However, slight variations may occur.
• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

C. Order Confirmation and Acceptance

• Order Placement: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products.
• Order Acceptance: The Brand reserves the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or an error in your order. An order is accepted only when the Brand confirms shipment of the goods.

D. Limitation of Liability

Glamourra Bharat Private Limited, including its directors, employees, and representatives, shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from the use or inability to use the products. The Brand’s liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific product that is the subject of the claim.

E. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
